Thank you Netgalley for providing me with this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Where do I begin with this book? First, let's just bow down to Louis Gornall for writing such an exquisite piece. No one really takes the time to think, let alone write about mental health issues that much. It's a subject people fear talking about.

"Maybe I can sit on your porch and you can keep your door closed"

Gornall wrote about something she experiences day in and day out. The story is about Norah who just a couple of years ago was fine but spiraled downhill after her anxiety, Agoraphobia, and OCD took over her life. Norah is afraid of absolutely anything and everything. Her mind is constantly thinking of things that can happen if she leaves the house or touches someone. She has left public school and is now homeschooled by her mother. One day she sees that someone has moved next door, a cute boy named Luke. They meet and she suddenly fawns over him and cannot get him out of her head.

"Norah, you're lips are going purple. If you don't take a breath, you're going to pass out."

The structure of this story is strong just like each character. Luke and Norah are perfect! This book had so many strengths. From all of the information about agoraphobia and OCD to the back story of the important characters. Overall, I was so in love with this book. There aren't many books out there like this which makes this a rare priceless gem. Being the mother of a child who suffers from anxiety, I can understand how Norah's mother felt. I definitely recommend this book to all you. It's a must read! Thank you, Louis Gornall for writing this! If I could, I'd give this book 10 stars!
