Thank you Netgalley for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review. First and foremost let me thank Sara Shepard for giving us another amazing book!

Aerin Kelly, the sister of Helena Kelly is out to find out who murdered her sister. She enlists help from an online group that helps solve cold cases. The forum is called Case Not Closed and is led by Seneca, who also experienced a death in the family that remained unsolved. This story takes you on a wild adventure and revealing people's true personalities. Secrets are brought to light and betrayal sets in, in the worst way. Every single character that was introduced was dynamic, relatable, and had so much to offer in their own way. Some mystery with a hint of romance thrown in the mix made for an excellent story!

The Amateurs had a very strong plot and threw you in for a wild ride! It has the reader thinking and looking for clues everywhere! It will have you stressed and have you clenching your stomach muscles as the story and secrets begin to unravel.

I loved that this story took place not only in Conecticut but in New York as well. The setting made the story exciting. It made for creative imagery.

Maddie and Seneca,.... Aerin and Thomas.....I don't know who I loved more! There was so much structure in this story. There was not one weak moment.

Overall this took place of my favorite series from Sara Shephard. I'm sure you can all figure which series that was. It's only the most popular show on Freeform......Yup, PLL was my favorite The Amateurs just replaced them.

Thank you Sara Shepard for another amazing series. We can't wait for book two! We gave this book 5+++/5 stars.
